What is NPS for? Do I need it?
NPS, or the Best Service Program, is an ideal work tool for any computer service, GSM or company that also deals with IT service orders. This program allows you to accept repairs and fully implement them from A to Z - adding notes, changing statuses, sending emails and text messages to customers. It also has a warehouse function and cash settlements. In short - it has everything you need to run a professional service!

How much does it cost to use NPS?
The basic license costs PLN 39 per month and includes:
- unlimited number of employees
- 1 service branch
- warehouse service
Each additional branch requires another license for PLN 39 or the purchase of a license for PLN 89, which supports up to 5 points.
The Helpdesk function (for companies providing ongoing service to other entities) is available in the Solo + Helpdesk plan for PLN 59 for one point or as part of the Pro subscription for PLN 89 for 5 points.
Can I use the program in multiple locations?
Yes, NPS supports multiple branches. You can also transfer repairs between branches.
Can I transfer data from other programs?
Yes, NPS allows you to import repairs from Online Serviceman, NTSN and other systems.
Is NPS updated?
Yes, the system is constantly being developed, with new features and improvements being added regularly.
How can I start using NPS?
After purchasing a license, within a few minutes (though sometimes it can take up to 24 hours) our employees will generate a company profile and send you access data.
Does NPS support IT orders?
Yes, the program allows you to report failures via an online form that you can place on your website. This way, you can conveniently and quickly receive reports and respond to them in an orderly manner.
Can customers report repairs online?
Yes, NPS generates a code to paste into a website, allowing customers to submit repairs online. These are visible in our software with a special label to quickly and easily identify repairs submitted online.
Can I test NPS before paying?
YES! The first month in Pro and higher options is free, so with your first order you pay only 3 PLN activation fee! (this is required by the payment operator)
Only after 30 days, if you like the program, you will be able to pay PLN 89 for the next month. In case of cancellation of the program, we will refund the activation fee.
The Solo option (PLN 39) does not include a trial period.
Does the program allow sending notifications to the client?
Yes, the program has an extensive notification system, both e-mail and text messages. Among others:
- notification of a new online notification to the service
- notifying the service technician about a new order assigned to him (repair)
- notifying the customer about the change in the repair status of their device
- notifying the customer that the equipment is ready for collection
and many others that can be easily configured in the program settings.
